2026-2027 Winter Season

Structured Winter Snow Removal for South Boston & Dorchester

A.T. Property Services is opening a limited number of seasonal snow removal agreements and Winter Route Priority Memberships for the 2026-2027 season. Contracted and route customers receive automatic service and are prioritized ahead of on-demand requests.

Limited Winter Service Capacity

A.T. Property Services is intentionally limiting winter service capacity for the 2026-2027 season to maintain manageable routes and dependable service quality. These numbers are maximum available capacity, not minimum enrollment requirements.

Three Ways to Secure Winter Service

Choose a seasonal contract for automatic, priority-based snow removal, or a lower-commitment route membership. All three are structured programs built for the 2026-2027 season.

  • 5-hour target service window after snowfall ends
  • 3″–6″ of snowfall included in your agreement

Good to Know

Priority Clearing & Boston's 3-Hour Rule

Priority Snow Removal is designed to align with Boston's three-hour sidewalk-clearing requirement (or within three hours after sunrise for qualifying overnight and early-morning storms). This is a target service window, not a legal guarantee of compliance. The property owner remains responsible for meeting all applicable local requirements. Standard Snow Removal targets a 5-hour window, and the Winter Route Priority Membership provides automatic service with a 24-hour service window after a qualifying storm ends — we often work to complete route properties sooner when conditions allow.
Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the same as last season's snow removal service?

No. Last season used a storm-by-storm, on-demand model. For 2026-2027, we're offering structured seasonal contracts (Priority & Standard) and a Winter Route Priority Membership, so contracted and route customers receive automatic service and priority ahead of on-demand requests.

What happens once a tier is full?

Priority Snow Removal, Standard Snow Removal, and the Winter Route Priority Membership each have limited winter availability for the season. Once a tier reaches capacity, additional customers are directed to the next available option or placed on a waitlist.

Can I still get service if I don't sign up for a seasonal option?

Yes, on-demand snow removal requests are still accepted. However, on-demand service is handled only after contracted and route customers have been addressed, and availability is not guaranteed, especially during larger storms.

Does the Winter Route Priority Membership include driveways?

No. The Route Membership focuses on pedestrian areas such as sidewalks, entry steps, porches, and pedestrian access areas. Driveways are not included under this membership.

Is salt/de-icing included?

For Priority Snow Removal, de-icing is included for qualifying storms up to 12 inches, with additional charges above that. For Standard Snow Removal, de-icing is available but billed separately. For the Route Membership, salt/de-icing is an optional add-on, priced separately from snow-removal service.

Is this page the full service agreement?

No. This page is a summary for informational and marketing purposes. The signed Priority and Standard agreements will define the complete terms, including handling of freezing rain, sleet, continued snowfall, re-accumulation, wind-blown snow, storm-ending definitions, and other operational details.

Winter Service Capacity Is Limited

Priority Snow Removal, Standard Snow Removal, and the Winter Route Priority Membership are each capped for the 2026-2027 season. Reach out today to request details or get set up before spots fill.
