These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of atpservice.net and the services provided by A.T. Property Services ("we," "us," "our"), a residential exterior property maintenance company based in South Boston, Massachusetts. By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.
A.T. Property Services provides residential landscaping, pressure washing, and snow & ice management services throughout Greater Boston. Snow & ice management is currently limited to South Boston and select areas of Dorchester. We do not currently offer commercial services or snow plowing.
Quotes provided through this website, by phone, or by email are based on the information available at the time and are not final until confirmed, which may require an on-site visit. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual site conditions differ materially from what was described or photographed.
Weather-dependent services, including snow removal and pressure washing, are scheduled around conditions and may be rescheduled for safety or effectiveness. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes promptly.
Where financing is offered, it is provided through Wisetack and its lending partners, not by A.T. Property Services. We do not make lending decisions, do not guarantee approval, and are not responsible for the terms, APR, or conditions of any financing agreement. See our Financing page for details.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of estimate or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service.
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be communicated as early as possible. Recurring service agreements may have their own cancellation terms, which will be provided at the time of enrollment.
The content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of A.T. Property Services and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through our forms.
To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, A.T. Property Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from services performed, beyond the value of the service itself. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Massachusetts law.
A.T. Property Services carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
